At the dinner table, we laughed, talked, and planned our next meal.Over the years, I traveled to different regions of Italy, where I learned to farm, harvest, and cook traditional dishes. Each experience taught me how food connects us to our cultural heritage. I never cook alone in my kitchen now. I wrote this cookbook to share my love of family and food with you. All the recipes in "Mangiamo" focus on fresh ingredients. I mix global flavors with my Italian roots to create tasty meals that emphasize freshness, seasonality, and simplicity.
